在此要特別指出，《新華社》本身並未發佈前兩份新聞通稿之英文版，但是中國大陸外交部卻在其官方網站，將《新華社》新聞通稿英文譯本，以「President Xi Jinping Holds Talks with U.S. President Donald J. Trump」為題，在中原標準時間9月25日早上0750刊出https://www.mfa.gov.cn/eng/xw/zyxw/202609/t20260925_12031181.html其中涉及臺灣問題之英文譯本為：「President Xi stressed that the Chinese side’s position on safeguarding national reunification and territorial integrity is clear-cut. It is hoped that the U.S. side will adhere to the correct position of opposing “Taiwan independence，” and handle the Taiwan question with caution， so as to lay a solid foundation for China-U.S. strategic cooperation and the development of bilateral relations.」
而《新華社》則是遲至中原標準時間9月25日2348，才以「Xinhua Headlines： Xi-Trump summit provides new strategic guidance for China-U.S. ties」為題，報導雙方領袖高峰對話狀況
在此要特別提醒，假若依據前述英文譯本「⋯⋯ It is hoped that the U.S. side will adhere to the correct position of opposing “Taiwan independence，” ⋯⋯⋯」則「⋯⋯ 希望美方堅持反對“臺獨“的正確立場⋯⋯」看起來就是華盛頓老早對「反對臺獨」就有所承諾，而非北京再次提出，希望華盛頓能夠改變立場調整政策承諾「反對臺獨」，否則英文譯本不會用adhere to！
